1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority where you live). Submitting the daytime form is your explicit confirmation of adulthood.

2. Acceptable use

No harassment, hate, threats, or illegal content of any kind.
No content sexualising minors. Zero tolerance — reports trigger immediate ban + law enforcement notification.
No commercial spam, scams, or unsolicited links.
You are responsible for what you send during the 5-minute chat.

3. Service availability

The service is live only between 10:00 PM and 11:00 PM local time. Matchmaking is best-effort: a partner is not guaranteed.

4. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" with no warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not vet other users — exercise normal caution.

5. Termination

We may suspend or delete any account at any time, particularly for breach of clause 2.
